The re spooling machine Model E. 30, is suitable to rewind the round wire from big spools of 1000 kg. to smaller spools from 30 to 250 kg. each one on customer necessity. The smaller spools produced with this machine, can be utilized in our multiwires flattening and banding lines to produce glued band. This machine can work also starting from wires on coils, (see picture below). In this way our customers can buy round wire from any wire supplier, (also from the Asian wire manufacturers that has difficoult to supply wire on spools). Thanks to the perfect electronical syncronism between the unwinder and the winding group, and the precise electronical tension control of the wires, (obtained through the utilization of brushless motors and digital inverters of new generation), the final winding quality on spools of the wire is resulting suitable to can be utilized without problems on our multiwires flattening and banding lines.
